ALRAGHAD Transport is not responsible for delays, additional costs, rejected shipments, customs issues, or service changes caused by incorrect, incomplete, late, or misleading information provided by the customer.

Any quotation provided by ALRAGHAD Transport is based on the information available at the time of quotation.

Prices may change if shipment details change or if additional charges arise, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, storage, demurrage, inspection fees, handling charges, remote area charges, fuel-related adjustments, carrier charges, or government-related fees.

A quotation is not final until confirmed by ALRAGHAD Transport and accepted by the customer according to the agreed communication or booking process.

7. Payment terms

Payment terms, payment timing, accepted payment methods, and invoicing details may vary depending on the shipment type, customer account, route, quotation, or agreed service arrangement.

ALRAGHAD Transport may require payment before shipment processing, before release of documents, before delivery, or according to any agreed commercial terms.

8. Shipment documents

The customer is responsible for providing correct and valid shipment documents when required. Such documents may include invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, permits, licenses, customs documents, identity or company documents, or any other paperwork required for the shipment.

ALRAGHAD Transport may help review or guide the customer on common document requirements, but the responsibility for the correctness, legality, and completeness of the documents remains with the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Prohibited and restricted goods

Customers must not request shipment of goods that are prohibited, restricted, illegal, unsafe, or not properly declared under applicable laws, regulations, customs rules, airline rules, shipping line rules, road transport rules, or destination country requirements.

Certain goods may require special permits, approvals, declarations, packaging, labeling, or handling. This may include, without limitation, dangerous goods, chemicals, batteries, food products, medical products, controlled goods, high-value items, or goods requiring authority approval.

ALRAGHAD Transport has the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or stop handling any shipment request if the goods are suspected to be prohibited, restricted, unsafe, incorrectly declared, or not supported by the required documents.

10. Customs, duties, taxes, and clearance

Customs duties, taxes, penalties, storage fees, inspection charges, clearance charges, and government fees are usually outside the basic freight charge unless clearly included in writing.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate customs-related information and for paying any applicable duties, taxes, penalties, or official charges unless otherwise agreed.

11. Shipment timing and delays

Any transit time, delivery estimate, shipment update, or expected timing is an estimate only unless expressly confirmed in writing as guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors outside ALRAGHAD Transport’s control, including customs procedures, port or airport congestion, weather, road conditions, inspections, carrier delays, documentation issues, government procedures, strikes, force majeure events, or customer-related delays.

12. Tracking and shipment updates

The tracking feature on our website is provided to help customers follow shipment status where tracking information is available.

Tracking updates may depend on manual updates, partner updates, carrier updates, system availability, or shipment status information received by our team. A tracking status may not always reflect real-time movement.
